Letter Writing Campaign

01

Personalize and Send

These (word) templates are designed to make it easy for you to voice your concerns to local authorities, decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders. Personalize and send these letters to make a real impact.

Note: if the proposals go to planning you will need to write a second (or more) time to oppose that stage of the process.

03

Effective Letter Writing

Not sure how to write an effective letter? Don't worry, we've got you covered. Our guidelines on effective letter writing will provide you with tips and tricks to maximize the impact of your message. From structuring your letter to choosing the right words, we'll help you make your voice heard.

Submitting Opposition

Sign our petition

01

Personalize and Send

If you would like to submit your opposition to the Torrington Lodge Car Park, please visit the 'Have Your Say' page on the kilo website.

On the page you will find an online form which you can complete to provide your views and opinions on the car park proposal.

Please note that we believe the survey is not set up effectively, and that the four areas of benefit claimed by the developers will skew results and be used to justify an M&S build.

02

Maximize Your Impact

Please provide as much detail as possible and be sure to include your name and contact information. There is no field to specify whether respondents are from Claygate, and we highly suspect many responses from outside of Claygate will skew results.

Once you have submitted your opposition, Kilo will not send an email confirming the details of your submission. We recommend saving your responses and emailing them to us, as well as emailing them to request your input.
