Claygate in Bloom

Claygate in Bloom was formed in 2006 and in the following years some big improvements were made to the planted environment with funding from local councils. We also entered the South-East in Bloom competition four times.

The group has brought many benefits to the village, the most important being community participation in improving the shared environment - bringing together local volunteers and organisations supported by local businesses and local councils.

Currently we concentrate on planting and watering the tubs in The Parade and a few flowerbeds.  Many volunteers are involved but more are always welcome.
